John brings 29 years of experience in third‑party logistics and supply‑chain technology. He founded Guardrail in 2025 with a mission to transform supply chains through AI‑driven compliance, automation, and smarter decision‑making at the point of impact.
Sam’s career includes leadership roles at Ryder, GATX, and NCR. He later founded Milestone Partners, providing executive recruiting, logistics consulting, and employee training to the supply chain sector. Sam successfully exited the company in 2021 and now brings his operational expertise to Guardrail.
Drew has served as CFO and COO for high‑growth consumer brands including Eat the Bear and Home T. His leadership background spans finance, operations, and scaling dynamic organizations, bringing a strong strategic and analytical foundation to Guardrail’s financial direction.
Ilango served as the primary architect for nVision, a global freight audit and payment platform. He later founded SAAS, a transportation management system acquired by WiseTech Global in 2017. At Guardrail, Ilango leads all technology strategy and product innovation.
